  Returns

 

We offer a returns option on some of our products. The products that are returnable are indicated on the product detail section of each product on the website.

 

If you wish to return the product/s email us sales@redapplesa.co.za within 5 working days of receiving the product/s that you wish to return. Include in this email images of the product/s and the packaging along with details on why you wish to return. Return requests will be approved at the discretion of Redapplesa.co.za

 

Products will not be eligible for return if they have been partially or entirely disassembled, physically altered, permanently installed, affixed, attached, joined or added to, blended or combined with, or embedded within, other goods or property. This includes products that have been worn or damaged.

 

Once we give you our written agreement that you can proceed to return, goods are to be returned at your expense and arrangement to the relevant warehouse address (above) in Johannesburg that we will supply you.

 

Once we receive the goods in perfect condition (and in original packaging), we will proceed to refund you 80% of the price paid for the products (less the original delivery charge paid) within 48 hours.

 

Order has not been shipped.

 

Due to the special nature of the customized products, if you do not accept the seven-day unreasonable return service for special reasons, please check the order information carefully before placing the order. If you are inconvenienced, please forgive m!

 

 

Signed up installed.

 

The product has been signed and installed. If the product quality problem is applied for refund or exchange, the merchant does not support the return; if the product quality problem, the buyer needs to contact the merchant in time, we will arrange professional after-sales maintenance personnel to come to the door for maintenance.

 

 

Signed not installed.

 

The product has been signed. If it is not a product quality problem, the buyer needs to contact the merchant within 24 hours from the receipt of the receipt . The furniture product we charge 15% of the order amount and the return shipping cost, the mattress product buyer bears the return shipping.

 

 

Shipped unsigned.

 

If the product is shipped, it will not be signed. If you apply for refund or exchange, we will charge the return shipping fee. If the product is damaged during transportation, the buyer will bear the responsibility.

 

 

Cancellation rights Quality Guarantee

 

 

Red Apple Furniture guarantees that our products will be free from defective material and workmanship and we offer a 2 year quality guarantee.

 

We will only be liable to honor a guarantee if:

 

The defect existed at the time of delivery and/ or manifested during the warranty period;

 

The defect did not arise due to normal wear and tear or abuse by the customer;

 

The customer provides the tax invoice

 

Should you be unhappy with your product during the guarantee period please send us a photo of the defect along with a written description of the flaw. After assessment we will then be in contact with you to make arrangements either for repair or replacement at our cost.
