It is possible for customers to cancel orders and get a full refund within 24h before the parcel has been shipped out.
If the customer wants to cancel orders which have been shipped out, we can not cancel or modify orders any more.We can only wait for the delivery of the parcel and return from the addressee.
You can cancel an order:
and then Add to Home Screen.
